Feline Hill

So I had this weird dream...

I was playing this videogame that in the first level, was IDENTICAL to a part of Silent Hill 3. Somehow I didn't think I was playing a Silent Hill game at first. (...) Anyway I entered this one room where there were pictures in frames all over.. most of them were just cats.. some of them were pictures of people with cats. Then I saw one that said "Feline Hill" and I realized, "OH! THIS IS THE NEW SILENT HILL GAME!" (...)

Room 303 was a room I made note to myself, "Next time I play this game, DO NOT go in this room if I can avoid it." In retrospect, I have no clue what kind of building this was. At first it was like a hospital, but then near the end it was a restaurant. 303 was a room I went in and my character (she looked a lot like Heather from SH3, I think) became sick to her stomach and threw up for no apparent reason and afterwards went to sleep. (...) I wasn't sure if it was a necessary room but I didn't seem to do or find anything valuable there.

I actually played most of the game in my dream. On the last upstairs level things started turning red and I entered a restaurant-looking area... where I saw people eating normally, but Pyramid Head was at the corner of one of the booths, looking at some pictures of people hanging up on the wall, and he seemed to be humping the wall. He was wearing a maid outfit, but otherwise male in appearance. He spoke but it was unintelligible; at the same time, booming and authoritative. (...) Then he disappeared. I woke up at this point but somehow I knew, it was just before the boss fight.
