I'm not sure what I'd recommend for transposition, but here are a sample of songs I'd go for if I had the means to:

Air - Playground Love
Billie Holiday - All of Me
Billie Holiday - If You Were Mine
Shine On Harvest Moon
Sarah Slean - Book Smart, Street Stupid

I hardly listen to Sarah anymore, but I bet that song would be really nice and well-rounded and mournful.

O.O @ La Campanella
>) @ Funeral March

We have our ghosts of unfinished songs.

Billie Holiday is very rich. Spiritually rich.

I don't know Playground Love, though. :(

:') I should definitely experiment with some Sarah Slean.

Do you know La Campanella? If not, I'll send it to you sometime. It's also spiritually rich.
